About Anne
I have spent thirty years as headhunter, working at senior levels in organisations to find the right kind of talent for specific roles. I have faced the challenges of managing large internal teams as well as the learning how to communicate with clients who all have different styles and different expectations. What I learnt was the more flexible and versatile I became, the better the results.
I am a huge fan of the theory of Jungian Type and I like to use this in helping teams work better together. I became a Master Practitioner of NLP in 1998 and ever since then I have been incorporating many of those techniques into my style of working and talking.
I have been writing business books since 2004 and I love the interaction with readers that this brings with it. I run workshops and I am frequently invited to speak at events where the audience is asking the same kind of question “How do I get on in life and improve the results I am getting?
I graduated many years ago from St Andrews University with an MA Hons in Hispanic Languages and Literature and since then I have continued to learn. I live in Yorkshire in the Dales and have a job that takes me all over the world. I am lucky, I am happy and I love living in a changing world.
